GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL UNIT

The Grievance Redressal Unit has been constituted to deal with the grievances of the students in the campus. The existence of the unit was to be made known to the students during the moral instruction classes/orientation classes.

The objectives of the cell are

  • To provide a platform for the students to address their complaints, Issues and concerns.
  • To maintain an educational atmosphere with harmony in the College.


Procedure

  • The student who has any complaints if requires urgent attention can visit the grievance cell at any given point of time to voice their concerns.
  • A suggestion box is placed in the campus to put the complaints/concerns. The box is opened once in two months for redressal of the complaints.
  • The concern/issue will be taken up by the coordinator and communicated to the higher authority and will be addressed.
  • A grievance cell member will maintain a book of records to ensure transparency and suggestions (both formal and informal) are made by the cell members. If found necessary suitable change are initiated into modus operandi by the consent of all members.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
