KIRF Ranking (Kerala Institutional Ranking Framework)


The Kerala Institutional Ranking Framework (KIRF) is a set of metrics for the ranking of higher education institutions in the state instituted by The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC), Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Kerala.

Significance

KIRF is an annual ranking process that evaluates the HEIs in Kerala based on NIRF and state specific parameters. KIRF accords academic recognition to HEIs in the state and enables them to go for national and global ranking.
