The association fosters and promotes good relationship among the present members of the college and retired faculty and staff. They plan and implement programmes for the general development of the college, welfare of the students, and smooth functioning of the institution. All the present faculty and staff as well as retired faculty and staff of the college are eligible to be members of the association. The General Body Meeting of SAM is conducted every year in the month of March. The administration of the association shall rest with Executive Committee. The committee consists of a President, Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Secretary and five members. Every year, an annual gathering is conducted in the month of March.
