The association fosters and promotes good relationship among the members of the present and retired faculty and staff. They plan and implement programmes for the general development of the college, the welfare of the students and smooth functioning of the institution. All the present faculty and staff, retired faculty and staff of the college are eligible to be members of the association. The general body meeting of SAM is conducted every year in the month of March. The administration of the association shall rest in an executive committee. The committee consists of a President, Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Secretary and not more than five members. Every year, an annual gathering is conducted in the month of March.
