Department of History and Political Science of Mercy College in association with Vaidyaratnam Oushadhashala, Palakkad conducted Yoga celebration with a demo of different posters in yoga on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2023. Details In the light of International Yoga Day, the students of the department of History and Political Science attended the yoga class conducted in the Seminar hall of the college on 23,June. Around 85 students attended the event. Dr. Remya Sivadas, Physician, Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala, Palakkad branch addressed the gathering. Ms. Lakshmi Varma from Ayush Department led the practical yoga sessions. The programme was felicitated by Principal Dr. Sr. Jorry C F and convened by Ms. Shyni E T, Head of the Department.
