WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2023 On the 5th of June 2023, the Department of Computer Science organized Environment Day celebrations. The main aim of the event was to increase awareness among students about the importance of the environment and the need to protect it. Students were asked to prepare Digital Posters on the theme of Environment Day.38 different posters were designed by the students.”Stop polluting and start living”,”Prevent pollution, protect nature”,”Plant trees to make our environment pollution-free” were the main slogans among the posters.A lot of enthusiasm was seen in the students. The event was conducted successfully with wholehearted participation and awareness about preserving mother Earth from pollution. The program benefits students to understand the role of technology in sustainable development is essentially changing the way we think, live, work, and relate to one another and the external world.
