Department of Computer Applications, Mercy College, Palakkad organized a Inter-Collegiate Tech-Fest “TRAILBLAZER 7.0” on 13th, 14th and 15th of December 2022. Tech-Fest was conducted as a collaboration event with Department of Computer Science, mercy College Palakkad. Tech-Fest 2k22 was inaugurated by Dr. J Alfred Daniel, Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore. TrailBlaZer 7.0 provided a tremendous opportunity for students from other colleges to participate, compete and interact with students from other institutions. Also there was an IT Exhibition as part of TrailBlaZer 7.0 for the school students to make them aware of the new trends and technologies in IT. The various events included: DAY 1: • National Seminar • Tech Fantom (IT Exhibition) DAY 2: • Design.com(Web Designing) • Bug-Ban (Debugging) • Keying Brisk(Typing) • Rainbow Cheeks(Face Painting) • LOL (Standup Comedy) DAY 3: • Tight End (Word Search Game) • Ailyak (Soap Art) • Rebel in Heels(Spot Choreography)) • Brain Tech (Memory Test) Around 200 students of various colleges from Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad and Coimbatore participated in the events and the winners of each event were awarded Cash prizes and certificates.
