Environmental Day Celebration

ENVIRONMENTAL DAY CELEBRATION

Department of Biotechnology organized an internationalenvironmental day celebration program on June 5. The theme of this yearcelebration is "Beat plasticpollution and save earth". The program aimed to develop enthusiasm amongyoung generation to protect environment and make clean surroundings by reducingenvironmental issues. The program began with the plantation of saplings at homeby faculties and students in connection with "Each one plant one” event. Environmental protection pledge wastaken by all members on the same day and quiz program was also conducted at thedepartment.
