The session discussed about the impact of our habits in our health and also about the healthy and positive life habits each person should practice. Through these, one can assure a well-maintained health, which is not only physical, but also mental and emotional. It was made clear for the students that a positive mind, which is essential for the peace of mind is to be built by ourselves through healthy life habits. The session was interestingly taken by Ms. Swetha, that they could equally enjoy, laugh and think. This enabled the students to ask their queries regarding this topic without any hesitation and hence was successful in making them leave the hall with indeed a positive mind.
