The student union of Mercy College, Palakkad, ‘Inizio’ organized a program called “Accept the Difference” in connection with Pride Month celebrations on July 4, 2023, at 12.50 p.m. in the college auditorium for the students of the whole college. A talk was delivered by Faisal Faisu C, founder member of Kerala Queer Pride. The program raised awareness among students about their social responsibilities towards LGBTQ members in society and how to uplift them to make a better society.
