An industrial visit for second-year students as part of Entrepreneurship Development was arranged to Milma Diaries, Ernakulam, on 20/02/2025. The students were able to understand the process of making milk, and various milk products also helped them to see the manufacturing unit at work. The process of pasteurizing the milk and turning them into different packets according to the fat content was very interesting. Even though we had some restrictions to certain departments, as it is strictly related to food processing in order to avoid contamination. The visit was very informative and provided opportunities for students to enrich their knowledge. More than 100 students attended the industrial visit and made it very much appreciable.
