Ms. Sumati Mohan Nair, consultant psychologist conducted an interactive session for the students of Mercy College on 21July 2025. The programme "Rise Together : Gender Equity and Personal Growth" was organized by the PG and Research Dept of English, Mercy College in association with OISCA Women's Chapter, Palakkad under the banner of Prakashini.
The programme, presided over by the Head of the Dept of English, Dr. Sheena John, began with a prayer by Amrithasree U. Dr.Sreedevi K. Menon, Faculty Coordinator, welcomed the gathering. Adv. Ambili Harris, Coordinator, Women's Forum, proposed the vote of thanks. Oiscans Ms.Leela Raymond and Ms. Siccy attended the function. Ms. Sumati spoke about Gender equality and Personal Empowerment.
