Save Green Club, PG & Research Department of English, in collaboration with OISCA International Women’s Chapter, Palakkad, celebrated World Environment Day 2023 on 5 June 2023. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Parvathy Warrier, President, OISCA International, South India. A workshop on making eco-friendly paper bags was organized for the students. The training was given by trainers from Serene Mental Health and Rehabilitation Centre, Ninan’s Hospital, Palakkad. The formal programme was followed by the planting of fruit tree saplings distributed by Oisca Women’s Chapter, Palakkad. The programme had 45 participants.
