A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Mercy College, Palakkad and Nirmala College, Coimbatore under the Xavier Board of Higher Education in India, for academic collaboration. Under the program, the first Faculty Exchange Program was organised on 19th October 2022, and a lecture on the topic, ‘ Highlights on Transnational Feminism ‘ was given by Dr.Nila N. , Assistant Professor of English, Mercy College, Palakkad to the UG and PG students of the Department of English, Nirmala College, Coimbatore.
