A Faculty Exchange Programme was organised by Nirmala College for Women, Coimbatore in collaboration with Mercy College, Palakkad in hybrid mode as part of Academic Collaboration Activity under Xavier Board of Higher Education, India. Dr. Rose Mary K R, Associate Professor, Department of English, Mercy College Palakkad delivered a lecture on the topic “Applied Linguistics and Inter-disciplines in Linguistics”. Dr. Steffi R, Assistant Professor of English, Nirmala College for Women delivered a lecture on “Recent Criticism: Structuralism”. Dr. C. Candace Jessin Graceta, Associate Professor, Nirmala College for Women delivered a lecture on the topic “Post Structuralism”. 51 students from Mercy College and 50 students from Nirmala College participated in the programme held on 18/2/2025
