The Postgraduate and Research Department of Physics, Mercy College, Palakkad, conducted a 12-hour Bridge Course titled “Fundamentals of Physics Practicals” (Course Code: PHYBR01) starting from 2nd July to 10 th October 2025, under the guidance of Dr. Smiya John and the leadership of Dr. Lakshmi M, Head of the Department. The course was designed for 26 students of V Semester B.Sc. Physics students to strengthen their foundational understanding of laboratory concepts and experimental techniques. The course received positive feedback, helping students bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application and enhancing their readiness for higher level physics experiments
