PG Department of Mathematics And Statistics organized a Leadership Training Program on 1st August 2023 at EV Seminar Hall.We started the program with the blessings of the almighty. The resource person for the program was Mr Suresh EG (JCI) – faculty of Palakkad Lead College. The second and third year students of Mathematics stream and second year students of Chemistry stream attended the class. The program aimed to enhance the leadership skills and to improve the communication and interpersonal skills of the students. The students were divided into 5 groups and leaders were selected. Various activities were given to each of these groups. The importance of teamwork and the qualities of a good leader were made clear to the students. Feedbacks were collected from many students. The program was really an interesting and informative experience to the whole audience. About 75 students were benefitted from the program.
