Job Orientation Program

The PG department of Mathematics and Statistics organised a govt. Job orientation program on 1st December 2023 at the EV seminar hall. Mr. Nishad E.V, the branch head of Veranda Race coaching institutions, Ottappalam, Palakkad was the resource person. The PG and UG Mathematics students attended the session. The session lasted for about two hours. Students were introduced to the various competitive examinations conducted by the UPSC and PSC. They had an overall view of the syllabus of these exams. There was a short session in which different mathematical tricks were taught to the students. It was indeed an interesting experience for the students as well as the teaching faculty. More than 50 students benefited from the program.
