With an aim to improve soft skills among students, the P.G Department of Mathematics and Statistics had organized an Album Making Competition for the students of Ist year BSc. Mathematics on 22nd December 2021. The theme of the competition was “WOMEN MATHEMATICIANS”. Six groups participated in this competiton. The judges were the Principal and the faculty members of Mercy College. The decision regarding the winner was made on the basis of relevance to the theme, accuracy, neatness and overall presentation. The group consisting of Ambili S., Anaswara Krishna C., Anjana Krishna K, Archana G and Ashitha P of D1Maths won the first prize. The group consisting of Gangothri T.V., Arfa R, Anagha P, Adithya R and Adithya A won second prize in this competition.
