PG Department of Mathematics organized a one day seminar on ‘overview of functions’ on 27th June 2023 at EV 35 classroom. The seminar was handled by an eminent resource person Smt. Sheela P Koikkara, Former HOD Department of Mathematics, Mercy College, Palakkad. The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Nithya A A, HOD Department of Mathematics, Mercy College. The programme mainly focused on the fundamental concepts, properties and applications of functions, highlighting its significance in mathematical analysis and problem solving. With this seminar, students enhanced their mathematical knowledge about functions. Around 55 students from the Mathematics Department participated in the seminar. A doubt clearing session was carried out at the end and concluded with the vote of thanks.
