On the 5th of June 2023, the Department of Computer Science organizedEnvironment Day celebrations. The main aim of the event was to increaseawareness among students about the importance of the environment and the needto protect it. Students were asked to prepare Digital Posters on the theme ofEnvironment Day.38 different posters were designed by the students.”Stop polluting andstart living”,”Preventpollution, protect nature”,”Plant trees to make our environment pollution-free”were the main slogans among the posters.A lot of enthusiasm was seen in thestudents. The event was conducted successfully with wholehearted participationand awareness about preserving mother Earth from pollution. The programbenefits students to understand the role of technology in sustainabledevelopment is essentially changing the way we think, live, work, and relate toone another and the external world.
