The Department of Economics and Sociology conducted a discussion session on the model parliament on November 27, 2023, in connection with Constitution Day observance. Smt. Thushara. N C, Assistant Professor of the Department of Economics, led the session. She delivered an informative talk and conducted a discussion on the model parliament. Different procedures of the parliament were discussed, informing students about how the constitution helps in operating a parliament. Students found the talk to be very insightful and became interested in participating in the model parliament competition planned for the next month.
