The Department of History and Political Science, Mercy College, Palakkad organized a Certificate Course on Employability Skills Training from 24–29 November 2025 in collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom and Naandi Foundation under CAPS. The six-day programme focused on enhancing students’ communication, interview preparation, presentation skills, résumé writing, and workplace etiquette through interactive training sessions. The course helped students build confidence and develop essential skills required for career readiness and employability.
