  • Ms. Sneha T. Thomas of B. Sc Botany (2017 – 2020) won First Prize in Elocution as a part of Women’s Day Celebration ‘MEISIE 2019’ organized by All India Catholic University Federation held at St. Paul’s College, Kalamassery
  • Ms. Elizabeth Baby of M.Sc Botany (2018- 2020) won First Prize in Elocution as a part of Chavara Fest, 2019 held at Mercy College, Palakkad
  • Ms. Diya Merin Mathew of M.Sc Botany (2018- 2020) won Third Prize in Paper Presentation Contest conducted organized by Mercy Research Forum, 2019 on the topic “THE EFFECT OF SMOKE DERIVED FROM COMBUSTION OF PETROL, DIESEL AND CIGARETTE ON THE GERMINATION & GROWTH OF VIGNA RADIATA”.
  • Ms Sandhya. K of M.Sc Botany (2018- 2020) won Second Prize in Paper Presentation Contest conducted organized by Mercy Research Forum, 2019 on the topic “ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF MYCO- POPULATION IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOIL”.
  • Ms. Elizabeth Baby of M.Sc Botany (2018- 2020) won Third Prize in Elocution on the topic “WETLANDS AND CLIMATE CHANGE”, conducted by Dept. Of Botany, NSS College, Nemmara in association with World Wetland Day 2019.
  • Ms. Akhila P. A Of M.Sc Botany (2018 – 2020) won Third Prize in Poster Presentation competition held in connection with National Seminar “WETLAND AND CLIMATE CHANGE” ( 2019) conducted by Dept. of Botany, Mercy College, Palakkad.
