The Department of Social Work, Mercy College, Palakkad, in partnership with the Santhwanam Mental Health Policy of ESAF Foundation, observed the International Day for the Elderly on 7th October 2024 at the 44th Ward Anganwadi, Palakkad Municipality. The program was inaugurated by Ms. T. Baby, Welfare Standing Committee Chairperson of Palakkad Municipality. An informative session on digital literacy was conducted by the social work students. A lively debate on the topic "Thalamurakal Thammil" (Between Generations) was another highlight of the day.
