An Awareness Talk on “Mind Matters: Mental Wellness, Self Awareness and Interpersonal Skills” was organised by the PG and Research Department of English on 13th October 2023. Resource Person of the program, Ms. Susan Tony ( Founder, ‘ Dhi- Eva’, Palakkad) spoke on the importance of having healthy mental and physical conditions, and developing interpersonal skills. Faculty and students of the Department of English attended the program. 87 students from the department attended the program. Dr. Praseetha G. was the faculty cordinator for the programme.
