ARTHA Association Inauguration– The Formal Inauguration of the Economics Association ARTHA 2022-23 was held on 17 June 2022 at 12.50 pm by Dr. Bindu Balagopal (Head of the Department, PG & Research Dept of Economics, Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad).The session comprised of various dimensions and disciplines of economics. She gave a brief review about ‘The Development as Freedom’ authored by the Nobel laureate in economics Amartya Sen. The inaugural session was followed by the cultural events conducted by both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of our department. On the whole, the session was extremely informative and inspiring.
