A Talk on ‘Teleological and Textual interpretation of Constitution’ – 30/11/2022 As the part of Constitution day observance, Department of Economics & Sociology organised a talk on ‘Teleological and Textual interpretation of Constitution’ on 30th November 2022 at 10.00 am. The session handled by Dr. Vijesh T P (F D S J District Co-ordinator, Government of Kerala & Assistant Professor , N S S College , Ottappalam). The prayer song sang by Pavithra K, and Nisha N from II MA Economics. The session started with the Welcome Speech by Sohu Santhi from D2 Economics. The resource person explained the importance of constitutional amendments, including The Right to Property as a legal right and so on. Some of the students asked some doubts regarding constitutional amendments and Right to Equality as a fundamental right. The resource person cleared all the doubts aroused from the students. The session was informative and insightful. Ms. Sreedevi Nair expressed the vote of thanks. The resource person also met the candidates of Model Parliament Competition and gave some suggestions. The session was ended at 1.00 pm.
