PG Department of Mathematics, Mercy College Palakkad and Rotary Club of Palakkad Fort together conducted a programme to honour the Stars of Mercy College Palakkad on 17th March 2022. The inaugural address was given by Dr.Nithya A A, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Mathematics. Ms.Nivashini C R, Aiswarya C, Vidhya T and Gopika Ramesh received “STARS OF MERCY COLLEGE AWARD” from Shri. Santhosh Kumar P, President, Rotary Club for their Academic Excellence, Social Commitment and Young Entrepreneurship. It was followed by a session on “You Are Awesome” by Mr. Sreejith S, Chairman, KBS Academy who focused on how to empower women to take their own personal independence and self judgement by learning behind the boundaries of the family and society. A total of hundred students from the department attended the programme.
