On 21/06/2024 Department of Languages (Malayalam),Mercy College Palakkad Organized a reading week initiative named AKSHARAMADHURAM 2024 and JNANAVARSHINI 2024 aimed at supporting education in our local community. As part of this event we donated a collection of library books and study materials to nearby schools named Govt L. P School Kallikkad and Govt L. P School Pirayiri.At each schools, brief interactive sessions were conducted.Dr.Sr.Sigi M.V Faculty in Malayalam introduce the donated materials and emphasize the importance of reading and education.Partcipating schools expressed their gratitude for the donation.This initiative aimed to promoting literacy,supporting education and fostering community engagement
