Department of Computer Applications and IQAC, jointly organized an online orientation programme on ‘The role of St. Chavara in Upholding Human Dignity’ for teachers on 7th October 2021. The programme was organized as a part of 150th death anniversary of St. Chavara. It was inaugurated by Dr. Sr. Gisala George, Principal, Mercy College. Rev. Dr. Fr. Paul Thekkiniyath CMI, Principal, Lissieux Matriculation HSS, Coimbatore was the resource person. He briefed the participants about the contributions of St. Chavara to uphold human dignity and the steps taken to imprint this ideology. Above more than 100 teachers from reputed schools and colleges participated in the programme. Ms. Rekha Vasudevan, IQAC Coordinator delivered the vote of thanks.
