The department of Computer Applications, in collaboration with Women’s cell, Mercy College and the Kerala State Women’s Development Corporation conducted a session on ‘Gynaecological Care and Nutritional Facts’ for students of various departments on Thursday, 25th November 2021. The resource person was Dr.Sreelakshmi K Raj, Chief consultant, Gem Homoeopathic multispecialty clinic, Nenmara. The session gave our students awareness about menstrual hygiene, gynaecological care and nutritional facts that are pertinent for girls of their age. The session was wrapped up with an interactive session with the students. In total of 85 students participated and benefited from the session. The session was enlightening and it fed and fasten the thought “Health is Wealth” once more among the participants. The programme was coordinated by Ms Midhila K.
