Department of computer applications conducted a Gender sensitization programme on the topic “WOMEN TODAY: CONCERNS AND CONSIDERATION” for the Second year BCA students on March 13,2023 at 12:50pm at the BCA Department. The Resource person was Dr.Nila M , Assistant professor, PG and Research department of English, mercy college, Palakkad. Main objective of Gender Sensitization programme was to To provide an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to understand the social and cultural constructions of gender that shapes the experiences of women and men in society. To generate the awareness in regard to equality in law, social system and democratic activities.A total of 20 students benefitted from the session.
