Customer satisfaction with railway services was evaluated by assessing passenger satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement. The presentations demonstrated the students' in-depth understanding of various economic and social issues, showcasing their research skills and critical thinking abilities. The session concluded with several key outcomes: a deeper awareness of the socio-economic challenges and opportunities within the Palakkad district, practical recommendations for policy and practice to improve conditions in various sectors, and a strengthened academic community where students actively engaged and learned from each other’s research.
