The department commemorated Women’s Day by organizing, ‘Prerana – Celebrating Women in Biology’. Inter-collegiate competitions were held, highlighting the relevance of gender equity in society. Participants were instructed to prepare a video presentation on topic entitled, ‘Contrbututions of any 2 women in Life sciences’. Also a poster making competition was also organized on the topic, ‘Break the Bias – Gender equity today for a sustainable tomorrow!’Date:08-12 March, 2022.
