According to curriculum, we had to undergo a out bound training residency camp conducted by lead college of management at Dhoni, Palakkad. It is a joined camp of department of computer application and computer science. The objective of the camp is to enhancing individual, team and organizational performance. It is designed to improve leadership, communication skill, planning, team work and motivation. On first day, students were divided into four groups each with eleven members. They had a small introduction section followed by team building games and analysis to improve coordination and planning. The day ends with fire walk. On day two, we went for trekking to vazhukkumpara. After trekking we had out bound activities like bridges, zip line, rappelling, ogles and various games. After that we had a wonderful exciting DJ party. At last for relaxing we went swimming pool. On day three, we had management games like shooting, electric line crossing, ball and pipe pass, stretch and pull activities, trust walking. It shows coordination, trust between two peoples. Our final activity was glass walking. The camp held on three days –august 12,13,14.The OBT camp was conducted by department of computer application in which students from department of computer science where also included. This camp was organized by head of department of computer application sister Jain Maria and lead management. The OBT camp was actually exciting life skill training for us.
