The Mathematics Department successfully hosted a lively and invigorating Zumba for Stress Relief program, running from January 2nd to March 19th, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.The session was designed to promote physical well-being and stress relief among students.The participants included both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, who actively took part in the energetic workout session. The event aimed to encourage students to adopt a healthy lifestyle by combining fitness with fun.The session started with a brief warm-up, followed by an exciting sequence of Zumba routines led by a skilled instructor. The participants enthusiastically followed the steps, displaying remarkable energy and engagement throughout the hour-long session.
